Ingredients
- 266g Flour
- 155g Water
- 70g Tomato sauce
- 5g Salt
- 5g Yeast
- 53g Mushrooms
- 1 Cup Shredded cheese
- 4 Cloves of garlic
Instructions
- Sauté mushrooms, then cut up into smaller pieces. Chop up garlic.
- Mix flour, salt, yeast, mushrooms, garlic and cheese. Add water and tomato sauce and knead in a stand mixer with the dough hook attachment for about 8 minutes
- Let dough rise until doubled, about an hour
- Flatten dough out into a rectangle
- Add some mushrooms
- Fold dough over mushrooms
- Add another layer of mushrooms
- Fold the opposite side of the dough over
- Fold the rest of the dough around to form a loaf
- Spray a loaf pan, add the dough and sprinkle with cheese
- Let rise until doubled, about 40 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 30 minutes
